Responsibilities:
- As the Manager, you would be the champion to drive, implement and oversee the Company's sustainability initiatives aligned with the global new developments. (E.g. - IFRS S1 & S2, SDGs etc.)
- Drive the sustainability strategy of SDF while ensuring the adherence to the mandatory and voluntary requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders in expanding the Company's sustainability framework while making continuous improvements.
- Seek for the new ways in integrating sustainability practices in the core business operations.
- Lead the annual report specifically on the 'sustainability' related disclosures and liaise with External Auditors in obtaining sustainability related audit reports.
- Coordinate with all departments and branches to obtain necessary data as per the reporting requirements.
- Design, develop and implement strategic Sustainability projects for the Company in line with the Company's overall Sustainability strategy.
- Conduct ESG training to enhance awareness among all SDF Staff.
- Work with relevant external stakeholders on sustainable ESG projects.

Qualities & Competencies
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or a professional body (Preference for interdisciplinary specialization, such as environmental science, economics, behavioral finance or sustainability / eco-business management together with relevant work experience).
