Responsibilities and duties
- Support the design and development of processes and activities for network & transport planning/design operations.
- Enter loading/unloading activities at the customer end through appropriate tools such as scanning applications, phones, etc.
- Pick-up/deliver shipments within the specified time.
- Liaise with Network counterparts and coordinating the best logistical lanes and options.
- Enter resource allocation and movements on the transport planning system to maintain up-to-date transportation records.
- Contact shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules.
- Respond to routine internal/customer inquiries on delivery times and shipment/ order status.

- Excellent communication in English.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capability.
