Personal Assistant to Director (Peliyagoda)

Our client is a well-established diversified group of companies in Sri Lanka.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary role;
  • Sound Education background with relevant experience in Secretarial practice;
  • Experienced in Compiling Reports, Presentations, attending meetings, transcribe, set up meetings/conferences, distributing meeting minutes & agenda;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala & English;
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Preferably a Female candidate, age between 35 - 45.
