Assistant Sales Manager

INDUSTRIAL CORPORATE

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Business development through new customer acquisition and industrial solutions
  • Consultative approach for sales lead generation and professional approach for sales conversion process
  • Develop unique marketing programs for respective industry
  • Lead and coordinate industrial solutions from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to industrial challenges
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance outcomes
  • Explore the potential markets and pitch the sales strategies according to their requirement

Requirements:

  • Degree level or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales & marketing of industrial solutions, Business development and customer relationship management with a minimum of 03 years in the relevant role
  • Strong technical knowledge in industrial processes, equipment, and systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
