We are a leading Interior Consultancy company at Nugegoda looking for a sales oriented, dynamic, self-motivated individual to recruit for the above mentioned positions immediately.
The Job Role:
- Identify and develop corporate clients data base of prospective clients, with regular follow ups and update management regularly.
- Plan and execute routing visits to corporate clients, in order to establish business relationship and business opportunities.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets set for the segment consistently.
- Plan and execute routine visits to potential clients, in order to establish business relationship, leading to business opportunities.
- Successfully present the company's portfolio of services to clients and generate new business.
- Take ownership of assigned business targets and strive to achieve them consistently. Clearly understand client requirements in the field and brief the design team in turn, efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
- Passionate with corporate client management.
- Result-oriented and committed to achieving given tasks on time.
- Independent and able carry out sales related activities such as sending out business proposals (English) / invoices official communication under minimum supervision.
- Strong team player, able to communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders in order to provide an exceptional service to clients throughout projects undertaken.
- Should have a wide contact sphere that they can rely on, in sourcing for new business opportunities.
- Prior experience as Corporate Sales Manager/Deputy Corporate Sales Manager in the field of Interior Design and/or Construction industry will be a distinct advantage. Qualifications in Sales & Marketing, will be an added advantage.
Age: 30-45 years.
