We are seeking an experienced and result-driven individual to be part of our Team at Mack Air (Pvt) Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC. With 40 years of prestigious history in the aviation industry as a leading General Sales Agent, Mack Air has the honor of representing world-renowned names in aviation such as Gulf Air, Air France-KLM, American Airlines, Kenya Airways, AirAsia, Asiana Airlines, Air Mauritius, Hong Kong Airlines, Royal Air Maroc.
Responsibilities:
- Handle ticketing and reservation inquiries from customers
- Work closely with airlines and travel partners to secure the best deals
- Ensure travel plans are meticulously arranged
Qualifications:

- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Background in ticketing and reservations
- Proficiency in travel booking systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and efficiency
