Executive Outbound Travel
We are in search of a seasoned and result-oriented professional to be part of our Leisure Team at Mackinnons Travel (Pvt) Limited, one of Sri Lanka's premier travel agents specializing in both Business and Leisure travel products. MAET is a subsidiary of John Keells Group and the Global Business Travel partner of American Express since 1979.
As an Executive, Outbound Travel you will be responsible for crafting personalized holiday packages for walk-in and existing clients, leveraging your sales expertise to exceed targets and create unforgettable experiences. From engaging with clients in our office to cultivating lasting relationships and staying updated on travel trends, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
- A solid understanding of the travel and airline industry
- Prior experience in a similar role - preferably handling short-haul packages
- Proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system
Success in this role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
