Accountant (Male)
IJVR Associates Pvt Ltd is a pioneer in valuation services in Sri Lanka. Our expertise extends to both local and global markets. As a RICS-registered firm, we prioritize quality, ethics, and work closely with young professionals.
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks to support our financial health and ensure valuation accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications such as MAAT, CMA, partly qualified CA, ACCA, and CIMA would be an advantage)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role (Age below 40)
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical expertise in accounting principles, tax laws, and financial analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Business acumen including strategic thinking and decision-making
- Financial record-keeping, compliance, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting
- Tax preparation and financial analysis
- Preparation of reports, payroll, KPI monitoring, debtors, and client coordination
Preference will be given to candidates willing to work on-site within 30 km of Kaduwela. Salary is negotiable.
