Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover for 7 Month Contract)

We are looking for a bright and dynamic marketer who can deliver value across a multi-channel international professional services strategy and mentor and oversee junior marketers.
This post would suit a go-getter, self-starter, driven and creative project / account manager who takes pride in being able to reach, target and change stakeholder behaviour and engage captive, new or diverse audiences.
You'll join an established team with in-house graphic designers and video editors.

Required skills and experience include:
- Experience of creating and executing multi-channel marketing plans.
- Experience of managing production of promotional content, such as email campaigns, social media posts, mailings, merchandise, videos and adverts.
- Experience of analyzing and reporting on marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Experience of supervising or mentoring others.
- The ability to collaborate with others and work autonomously when needed.
- The ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- An understanding of how to manage budgets and prepare business cases.
You may also have:
- A degree level education, with some form of professional qualification in marketing or communications or equivalent.
- Experience of marketing in a professional services sector.
- Experience of working in an international environment.
- Experience of using communication tools like DotMailer.
The hours of work will be from 09.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be based in our Colombo Office.
