FIELD MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meet established sales targets under General Healthcare
- Develop and assist the team to achieve their performance targets.
- Ensure total commitment in upholding the organization's vision and mission
- Respect and promote organizational values
MARKSS
- Meet all doctors and other stakeholders in promoting the total product portfolio regularly
- Promote the sales opportunities in the General Healthcare SBU business as per the long-term business plan of the organization
- Continuously and effectively find and develop new business opportunities.
- Manage the field expenses and promotional expenses within the budgets and the guidance
REQUIREMENT:
- Professional qualification in Marketing from a reputed institute/ University
- Proven work experience as a Field Manager in a reputed Pharmaceutical/ FMCG Industry
TERRITORY MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meet all stakeholders in promoting the total product portfolio regularly.
- Achieve the established sales target in the given territory.
- Continuously and effectively find and develop new business opportunities.
- Frequently and professionally observe the market behaviors related to our industry and our products along with competitor activities.
- Develop the right business relations with all relevant stakeholders who can generate sales opportunities for the organization under the current and future product portfolio.
REQUIREMENT
- Should have G. C. E. A/L and a professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in the similar capacity is preferred
- The candidate should be a team player with an excellent command of English and Sinhala or Tamil
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly outgoing personality.
