We are a 10 bedroom boutique property which operates its business activity within the premises of Little England Cottages, a project developed by Jaysons Realty (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Jaysons Group and can be considered the most exclusive gated community in Nuwara Eliya.
We are seeking a dynamic new team member and invite applications from suitable candidates capable and interested in the following job role.
(Successful applicants will be based in Nuwara Eliya)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival.

Address guest inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate guest services such as reservations, dining arrangements and recreational activities.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by anticipating and meeting guest needs.

Manage guest feedback and strive for continuous improvement in guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or hospitality.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Language proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
