Manager Operations
Our client is a member of well-established and a reputed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Property/Retail or facilities management
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record in improving operational performance successfully
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Preferably aged below 45 Years
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
