Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee personal administration processes, including onboarding, off boarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Administer payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize HRIS to streamline HR processes, maintain data integrity, and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on personal administration, payroll, and HR.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
