KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute the HR strategy and core areas of HR
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Assess the company's manpower requirements and take action to meet them
  • Initiate a robust and objective performance management framework
  • Initiate staff wellness, employee engagement oriented culture
  • Attend to Organizational training needs

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree/Full professional qualification in Human Resources management
  • 5 years above hands-on experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management Systems & Employee Grievances
  • Thorough knowledge in current Labour Laws
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
