KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute the HR strategy and core areas of HR
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Assess the company's manpower requirements and take action to meet them
- Initiate a robust and objective performance management framework
- Initiate staff wellness, employee engagement oriented culture
- Attend to Organizational training needs
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree/Full professional qualification in Human Resources management
- 5 years above hands-on experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management Systems & Employee Grievances
- Thorough knowledge in current Labour Laws
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
