ASPHALT ENGINEER
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc. Eng), National Diploma in Technology (NDT), or equivalent qualification
At least 15 years hand on experience in Asphalt paving works in Highways, Airports, National Roads or similar
Must be familiar with paving equipment, quality management of asphalt paving, quality of asphalt mix and quality assurance procedures of Asphalt (field and lab testing requirements)
Must be able to interact industry / different organizations / different customers in job related site inspections and meetings
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams Age below 50 Years

SALES ENGINEER
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSc. Eng), National Diploma in Technology (NDT), Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE), or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in Sales & Marketing, specifically in the asphalt concrete, ready-mix concrete, pre-cast, & aggregate industries
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams Experience in developing and managing databases and systems for customer relationship management
Additional skills or attributes desired may include strong negotiation skills, knowledge of construction materials and processes, and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets Age below 45 Years

MATERIAL TECHNICIAN – READY-MIX CONCRETE (KURUNEGALA)
NCT or Equivalent qualification with more than 10 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry
Having customer related experience will be an added advantage Age below 40 Years

TECHNICAL OFFICER – SALES & MARKETING (ASPHALT, READY-MIX, PRE-CAST)
Having NCT or NDT in Civil Engineering in a reputed institute would be an added advantage Minimum 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing experience related to Asphalt, Ready-Mix & Pre-Cast in a reputed construction company is a mandatory
Should have a valid driving license
Age below 40 years

LAB ASSISTANT (READY-MIX CONCRETE)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience related to ready-mix concrete in a reputed construction company is a mandatory
Age below 40 years
