ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Prerequisites & Job Description:
- Good GCE O/Ls and A/Ls
- At least Intermediate qualifications in CA/ACCA/CIMA
- English literacy is compulsory
- Computing skills and knowledge of accounting packages
- T/SVAT, IT, A
- Min. 3 years of experience in an audit firm (Tax division) in all Taxes (VAT/SVAT, IT, APIIT, etc.) Knowledge of Legacy and RAMIS procedures of IRD
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience in the private sector in a senior capacity (in exports/imports) with a sound knowledge of filling taxes returns, handling credit vouchers, and VAT Refunds
- Relevant knowledge and experience of imports/exports documentation and banking procedures
- Must possess a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Must liaise with company auditors/secretaries and other related parties
- Possess a valid riding license
- Reside within 10-15km radius from Office
- Two verifiable good references
JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
