We are a sourcing company based in Dubai, specializing in hotel solutions. As our business continues to expand globally, we are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Logistics Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing order fulfillment, and coordinating international logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in basic bookkeeping, and experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in basic bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in international logistics coordination and supply chain management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the company's financial databases.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile financial statements and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Liaise with external partners and logistics providers to arrange and track shipments.
  • Manage import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures for international shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support to the sales as needed.
