We are a sourcing company based in Dubai, specializing in hotel solutions. Our business has been steadily growing over the past 3 years, and we have managed to establish a strong presence in international markets such as the Maldives and Seychelles. We are currently seeking an energetic Procurement specialist, ideally from Sri Lanka or India, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing inquiry-based products for our hotel customers and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Job Title:

Procurement Specialist - Hospitality (Dubai)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel-related products such as housekeeping, F&B, and engineering equipment.
  • Experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Should be willing to travel as per business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customers, understanding their requirements and sourcing the best products to meet their needs.
  • Identify and research potential suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to secure the best deals for our customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and requirements related to product sourcing and logistics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product information.

You should have a passion for sales, a strong customer focus, and be able to work collaboratively with others.
