Assistant Manager - Procurement
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management, Science, or Engineering from an accredited university, or a Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management from ISMM
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in local and indirect procurement
- Previous experience in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is preferable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with SAGE/SAP ERP systems
- Age between 30 and 45 years
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential
- Additional qualifications in 5S, Lean, and TPM are advantageous

- Analyze procurement data and generate reports using MS Excel
- Utilize SAGE/SAP ERP system for efficient procurement management
- Provide training and support for procurement staff Uphold quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster communication and collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead procurement-related projects within budgetary constraints
- Evaluate performance against key metrics and drive improvements
