Our client is an import and export trading company. They are looking for an experienced individual from the hardware/building material sector to join their team.
Expected Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field
- Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display, and affiliate channels
- Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the e-commerce website to ensure it is optimized for conversions and user satisfaction
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the website. Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels. Implement inventory management systems
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic and sales
