  • Qualifications :
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
