Assistant Regional Service Manager - Colombo

The position will be expected to ensure high standards of customer service, SFA management and provide high quality, professional after sale services.

Personal Profile

  • Manage the day-to-day service center operation and provide leadership to the service team to achieve company strategic objectives.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers and ensure repeat customers to the company.
  • Review and monitor delivery of service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPI's).
  • Provide ongoing training and technical support to the service team and motivate them for the delivery of high quality after sales service across the service region.
  • Collect data and analyze trends to maximize operational efficiency and ensure sufficient stock of spare parts available at service center for smooth operation.

Analyze the product defect trends and provide feedback to RND division to take timely actions with the suppliers.

Job Profile

  • Higher National Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English languages. Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3+ years managerial experience a similar role in the customer service field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
