We are seeking Regional Sales Supervisors specializing in the Smartphone sector to nubia Neo NEW THEME join our Smartphone team at ZTE Lanka PVT LTD. Regional Sales Supervisors will be responsible for Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, ensuring a strong presence in the market to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration. The role requires regular travel for regional sales inspection and demands a proactive attitude with experience in the smartphone industry or sales.

Regional Sales Supervisors (3 Positions)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales roles within the consumer market, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Previous experience in sales or marketing within the consumer electronics or smartphone industry is essential. Familiarity with leading electronics brands such as Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, Motorola, Transsion, etc., preferred.

  • Experience in team management is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base, ensuring a strong presence in the market to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.

Lead and support the distribution department team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance individual and team performance. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and threats, including new customers, markets, and product segments, to expand the width of distribution (WOD).

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key distributors, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Execute promotional strategies and negotiate contracts with distributors to maximize sales performance while maintaining good working relationships.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress towards sales goals and identify areas for improvement.

Represent the company in negotiations for advertising spaces, securing optimal product exhibit locations, and enhancing shop point-of-sale materials (POSM).

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
