Our client is a renowned law firms in Sri Lanka known for its unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage HR operations while also ensuring smooth administrative processes to support the overall functioning of the Company

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office management, vendor management, and facility maintenance

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing administrative functions efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to relate well to a team of young lawyers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate HR and administrative support
