CORPORATE SALES SENIOR

CANDIDATE PROFILE DU EXECUTIVE

  • 3+ years of experience in the building materials sector or MEP sector, with a proven track record in managing corporate clients.
  • Strong presentation abilities, proficient communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, with fluency in all three languages considered advantageous.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the construction materials industry with a focus on MEP sector.
  • A diploma / degree in marketing, such as SLIM or an equivalent engineering qualification, is preferred in the related field.
  • Proficiency in MS application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accomplish sales targets within designated timelines and ensure timely collection of payments within the period.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical sessions to educate corporate clients about the features, benefits, and applications of the product.
  • Identify and focus on potential corporate clients, encompassing construction companies, engineering firms, manufacturing industries, real estate developers, and government institutions.
  • Developed and implemented effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Conduct field visits to target customers or areas to identify potential sales leads.
