SALES SUPPORT AND TICKETING SUPERVISOR
We are a branch office of a Group of Companies based in USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND handling Airline Sales, Ticketing & Reservations. Currently looking for a dynamic, energetic individual with flair for customer service to be responsible for assisting Customers and Travel Agents with reservations and ticketing to join our team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of IATA Foundation or the Airline Diploma is an added advantage.
- Expert in Sabre or Amadeus reservations & ticketing.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the travel trade.
- Spoken and Written Proficiency in English.
- Previous Airline or Call Center Experience in the travel trade.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a highly computerized environment.
