Operations Executive - Photohub
THE PROFILE
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and equipment
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align operational activities with business objectives
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and profitability
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in the technology or retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Experience working on SAP system will be an added advantage
