Ogilvy Digital, a full-service digital agency, is hiring Consumer Engagement Centre Executives

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling all consumer contact points (calls, websites, emails, messages via social media).
  • Monitor and respond to assigned consumer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Tasks:

  • Post/schedule content on social media platforms.
  • Ensure KPIs and service level agreements are achieved promptly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports per the requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala is a must and Tamil will be an advantage.
  • Excellent comprehension skills in personalized messaging.
  • Attention to details and numeric skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability, organization, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Flexibility to adhere to consumer engagement working hours.
