Ogilvy Digital, a full-service digital agency, is hiring Consumer Engagement Centre Executives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling all consumer contact points (calls, websites, emails, messages via social media).
- Monitor and respond to assigned consumer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Tasks:
- Post/schedule content on social media platforms.
- Ensure KPIs and service level agreements are achieved promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports per the requirement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service field.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala is a must and Tamil will be an advantage.
- Excellent comprehension skills in personalized messaging.
- Attention to details and numeric skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adaptability, organization, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Flexibility to adhere to consumer engagement working hours.
