Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning the recruitment process.
  • Performance management and improvement systems.
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Employee orientation, development, needs assessment, and training.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Monitor LTO and absenteeism.
  • Administrate employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Employee services and counseling.
  • Encouraging recognition of employee's contribution and conduct programme.
  • Carry out work of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 26000 and other compliance audits.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HRM or similar qualification will be a must.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Diploma in HRM or similar qualification will be a must.
  • 1 year of experience in the field of HR and experience in overall HR functions.
  • Carry out work of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 26000 and other compliance audits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
  • Proficiency in MS office package and HRIS.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
