Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning the recruitment process.
- Performance management and improvement systems.
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
- Employee orientation, development, needs assessment, and training.
- Policy development and documentation.
- Employee relations.
- Monitor LTO and absenteeism.
- Administrate employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
- Employee services and counseling.
- Encouraging recognition of employee's contribution and conduct programme.
- Carry out work of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 26000 and other compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Degree in HRM or similar qualification will be a must.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Diploma in HRM or similar qualification will be a must.
- 1 year of experience in the field of HR and experience in overall HR functions.
- Carry out work of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 26000 and other compliance audits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Proficiency in MS office package and HRIS.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
