VACANCY:
SALES ENGINEER (PLANTATION MACHINERY)
Gamini Engineering Works (Private) Limited is a reputed market leader in the manufacture of Tea & Rubber machinery with over 40 years' of experience in the industry.
The Company is presently in search of a highly motivated and dynamic individual who is well versed in the manufacture & maintenance of plantation machinery with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
The Selected candidate is required to:
- Visit Tea and Rubber Estates to inspect and identify machinery due for repairs and submit competitive and binding Estimates.
- Visit other Industries and provide engineering solutions for their process optimizations.
- Promote all standard machinery produced by the company.
- Closely monitor workshop repairs to be in conformity to estimates, ensure delivery deadlines and projected sales targets.
- Inspect machinery installations at site after repairs and handover for beneficial use to customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with customers, invoice and recover payments due as per standard terms and conditions.
Salary & other benefits negotiable.
A company maintained vehicle will be provided.
Residing close proximity to the office will be an added advantage.
Please apply: - Those having a Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent with workshop experience or highly experienced Engineers with relevant exposure. (Tea & Rubber Plantation Machinery Sales / Workshop with minimum of 5 years of experience.)
