Partner Agents for Real Estate Sales with The New Sri Lankan House

We are seeking great Partner Agents to work exclusively with The New Sri Lankan House in specific locations across Sri Lanka.
As a Partner Agent you will work to:
- source real estate sale opportunities
- find and develop relationships with buyers
- work on the marketing of properties for sale
- manage negotiations between buyers and sellers oversee sales to completion
The New Sri Lankan House will support you by providing:
- platforms to market properties for sale (website, Instagram, Facebook, local and international third-party platforms - e.g. Lankapropertyweb, James Edition)
- an existing pipeline of credible and validated buyers
- support in developing high quality marketing materials - photography, videography, social media partnerships, written content - as appropriate
- back-office support - handling enquiries, scheduling viewings, drafting seller agreements, supporting in property conveyancing (progression a deal to completion)
- training and development as required
- credibility in the market with a strong and established brand

Payments and commissions

We want to work with ambitious and really motivated individuals, keen to commit themselves fully to sourcing great properties and finding perfect buyers.
We will support you by paying a good monthly allowance that lets you focus fully on this task.
You will also receive a good percentage of the sale commission linked to your level of involvement in the deal.

What you'll need

You don't need to have years of real estate experience - some is obviously useful but not critical. Knowing the area you'll be working in really well is more important.
You will need to have good written and spoken communication skills - including in English.
Most of all you'll need to be driven to get out and find great opportunities, be prepared to work hard at developing those and enjoy building relationships with sellers and buyers.

Our focus currently is to find partners in and around Galle, Matara, Dickwella, Kandy.
