MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the employee data, including personal files and HR related documents.
  • Utilize strategies to hire excellent employees and expedite the recruiting process.
  • Maintain the Payroll process of the company.
  • Monitoring employee attendance.
  • Tracking employee performance.
  • Handling all other HR related matters in the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field of HR.
  • Degree or a professional qualification in HR (Fully or partly qualified).
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
