MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain the employee data, including personal files and HR related documents.
- Utilize strategies to hire excellent employees and expedite the recruiting process.
- Maintain the Payroll process of the company.
- Monitoring employee attendance.
- Tracking employee performance.
- Handling all other HR related matters in the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field of HR.
- Degree or a professional qualification in HR (Fully or partly qualified).
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Excellent communication skills.
