SALES COORDINATOR
Requirement:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with exposure in MS Office package
- Experience in an ERP system such as Accsoft, Quickbooks is preferred
- Should be a good team player
- Previous working experience & professional qualification will be an added advantage
Responsibilities :
- Raising invoices/ Delivery order notes at the point of sale (Keeping records)
- Up-to-date maintenance of customer records/database
- Assisting weekly inventory verification
- Weekly/Monthly customer outstanding follow up
- Assisting in boosting sales (Following up unsold customers etc..)
- Submitting reports to the management at their request (Sales/ AR Reports)
