SALES COORDINATOR

Requirement:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy with exposure in MS Office package
  • Experience in an ERP system such as Accsoft, Quickbooks is preferred
  • Should be a good team player
  • Previous working experience & professional qualification will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

  • Raising invoices/ Delivery order notes at the point of sale (Keeping records)
  • Up-to-date maintenance of customer records/database
  • Assisting weekly inventory verification
  • Weekly/Monthly customer outstanding follow up
  • Assisting in boosting sales (Following up unsold customers etc..)
  • Submitting reports to the management at their request (Sales/ AR Reports)
