Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all financial activities of the company.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior finance team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in finance roles.
- CIMA or Chartered qualification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Experience in Supermarket chain in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
