Stores Executive
- Receive incoming materials and verify their accuracy against purchase orders.
- Properly label, store, and organize materials within the storehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts.
- Prepare materials for issuance to production team according to project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the storehouse
Requirements:
- Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar job role. Dynamic individual with a Diploma in Warehouse/Material Management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management. Experience in computerized stock management systems will be an added qualification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations is advantageous.
