RECEPTIONIST (Female)
We Mediccon Health Care (Pvt) Ltd Established in 2011 and representing world renowned Medical Diagnosis products and best brands in past 12 years, trusted by health care professionals and leading health care institutions island wide. We are currently looking for dynamic results oriented staff members on immediate engagement.
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
- Age between 20-30 Years.
- Passed GCE Advance Level.
- Collaborative team player.
- Clear and confident telephone manner.
- Fluency in English is highly essential and Tamil will be an added advantage.
Job Role:
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist and delight customers.
- Operating the Switched board and routing incoming calls to appropriate division or individual.
- Maintaining Records of all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Proficient in outlook and administration software's and assist customers with product inquiries, issue quotes, order processing and issues with solutions.
- Perform other tasks as required.
