ACCOUNTS & MANAGEMENT STAFF
Vacancy (MALE/FEMALE) WATTALA.
TRADEX is a manufacturer of Soap & Detergent in high quality with modern technology and its Head Office is located in Kurunegala. We are seeking for suitable dynamic persons for the following vacancies in our Regional Office at Wattala.
- CENTER IN-CHARGE
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with Head Office
- Manage all Administration functions of the Regional Center
- Arrange the deliveries coordinating with Sales Team
- Maintain the sufficient stocks and place orders to Head Office
- Inventory management
- Manage invoicing at correct prices
- Credit Controlling
- Monitor credit collections
- Manage vehicles at Regional Center
- Manage cash & cheque collections and hand over to HO
- Make sure record maintaining at the Regional Office
Required Qualifications
- A Degree from a recognized university or professional qualifications from a recognized institute
- Minimum 5 years' experience at a midlevel position in a commercial organization
- Age between 30 - 50 years
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Communication skills in English
- Leadership & organizing skills
- ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Key responsibilities
- Handling accounting functions at the Regional Office and maintain records
- Generate invoices at the correct prices
- Assist to the Center In-charge ad coordinate with HO
- Credit Controlling
- Handling Inventory Records
- Follow up credit outstanding and monitor customer payments
- Handling daily collections
Required Qualifications
- Part Qualifications in AAT, ICASL, CMA, HNDA or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized institute
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial organization
- Age between 20 - 35 years
- Ability to work in a computerized environment
- Communication skills in English
