Senior Executive / Executive - Sales

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients within the boutique segment, including upscale travelers and niche event planners, to expand market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with boutique clients, addressing their needs promptly and providing personalized service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Craft bespoke sales proposals and presentations showcasing unique offerings and experiences of boutique properties within the hotel chain, ensuring alignment with client preferences.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of boutique hotel trends and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Track sales performance metrics such as conversion rates and revenue growth, generating insightful reports for the Sales Manager to optimize sales efforts effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to execute strategic initiatives and promotional campaigns tailored to the boutique segment, contributing to revenue and market share growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge for the role.
  • Proven track record in hotel sales, specifically within the boutique segment, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and showcase the unique offerings of boutique properties.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to execute strategies and achieve sales targets.
