Call Center Executive - Female
Your main responsibilities are:
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
Maintain an empathetic and positive attitude towards customers
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints
Communicate and coordinate with management and colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction
Document customer bookings accurately
Keeping to KPI's and deliverables
Requirement from applicants:
Good command of English writing and speaking
Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
Computer literacy - MS Office, Email, Internet proficiency
G.C.E A/L Qualifications
At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity is preferred
Female below 30 years
Professional qualifications in a related field will be an advantage
