To further our growth we seek team members for the below post of:

  • Call Center Executive - Female

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Maintain an empathetic and positive attitude towards customers

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

  • Acknowledge and respond to customer complaints

  • Communicate and coordinate with management and colleagues as necessary

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Document customer bookings accurately

  • Keeping to KPI's and deliverables

Requirement from applicants:

  • Good command of English writing and speaking

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette

  • Computer literacy - MS Office, Email, Internet proficiency

  • G.C.E A/L Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity is preferred

  • Female below 30 years

  • Professional qualifications in a related field will be an advantage
