MANAGER MARKETING
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management is a body incorporated by an Act of Parliament and the nation's leader in professional HR education seeks the services of a highly proficient marketing professional to fill the position of Manager - Marketing.
- The ideal candidate should possess a degree in marketing from a recognized university or a recognized professional qualification from a professional marketing institution.
- The candidate must possess professional experience of at least 3 years at the managerial level with a proven track record in a recognized organization covering strategic marketing, planning, marketing communication, and promotion as well as market segmentation with a broad outlook in driving the business plans of an organization successfully.
- Candidate must also possess professional knowledge and experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with business opportunities within a competitive market environment in a professional education institution.
- Candidates must be self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills and good knowledge of written and spoken English with the ability to deliver positive results in a challenging business environment.
- Should be proficient in Information Technology with a working knowledge in digital marketing and corporate branding.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing with a strong personality and be ready to go the extra mile to harness market opportunities while being focused on business targets.
