Position Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and efficient production environment while meeting quality and productivity goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance and development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within departments.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to optimize manufacturing operations and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for optimization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation through the adoption of new technologies and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
