Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment activities of the club ensuring adequacy of staffing in terms of quantity and quality.
- Maintaining documents in relation to all HR administration and continuous updating of Employee database.
- Engaging in performance appraisals with set KPIs.
- Organizing and engaging in staff training and development activities.
- Handling pay register in the ERP environment liaising with the Finance department.
- Employee grievance handling by ensuring staff satisfaction.
- Handling all rosters liaising with Head of departments ensuring compliance with all HR related laws.
Qualifications:
- Degree specializing in Human resource management or Chartered.
- Intermediate qualification in CIPM or equivalent full or part professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum two years' experience in Human resource management in a reputed organization.
