Assistant Manager

Business Development (Regional Sales)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales teams in different areas to achieve set sales targets and key KPIs
  • Monitoring each employee to ensure individual objectives are met consistently
  • Managing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Creating sales forecasts based on budget requirements and trends
  • Visiting members with sales agents to understand the market situation
  • Handling customer complaints and queries effectively and providing timely solutions
  • Recruiting and managing regional staff members for each of the given locations

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business administration/management/marketing or a relevant field. CIM qualification would be an added advantage
  • 5+ years of relevant field sales experience including minimum 2+ years in a managerial position
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and guiding sales staff in field sales development
  • Sound knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
  • Planning and Organizing skills
  • Below 35 years of age
