Assistant Manager
Business Development (Regional Sales)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing sales teams in different areas to achieve set sales targets and key KPIs
- Monitoring each employee to ensure individual objectives are met consistently
- Managing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Creating sales forecasts based on budget requirements and trends
- Visiting members with sales agents to understand the market situation
- Handling customer complaints and queries effectively and providing timely solutions
- Recruiting and managing regional staff members for each of the given locations
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- BSc/BA in business administration/management/marketing or a relevant field. CIM qualification would be an added advantage
- 5+ years of relevant field sales experience including minimum 2+ years in a managerial position
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in leading and guiding sales staff in field sales development
- Sound knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, primarily Excel
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Below 35 years of age
