Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships to drive brand growth.
- Drive sales growth, generate leads, and seek out new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates to management.
- Be face of our brands.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, sales, and lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must live in or near Colombo and have reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
WORK
Proficiency in English language and Sinhala language.
Presentation skills: Communicate effectively to pitch ideas and proposals.
