Job Title: Sales Associate
Colombo Furniture House is a factory outlet located in Maharagama, offering a range of household furniture solutions, dedicated to making our customers' experience with us as convenient as possible.
Role involves:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assisting in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Documentation work involving clients, such as invoicing and record keeping.
- Liaising with customers and factory staff to coordinate deliveries, and provide feedback on product quality & design.
- Support in developing social media marketing strategies/material.
Requirements:
- Completion of Advanced Level examination or equivalent.
- Age between 19-25 years.
- Prior participation in team sports & extra-curricular activities will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English (verbal and written).
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using MS Office tools Familiarity with social media channels.
- High degree of integrity, punctuality, and effectiveness.
- Priority will be given to candidates living in close proximity.
