MANAGER - MOTOR CLAIMS
We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated team player who is willing to pursue a career in insurance. Here's your opportunity to join the winning team and achieve greater heights in your profession.
Key Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of claims professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of motor claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Profile:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in claims management.
- Fully or partly insurance qualification (ACII) or equivalent qualification in related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in motor claims management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Colombo (Head Office)
