EXECUTIVE - MOTOR CLAIMS
We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated team player who is willing to pursue a career in insurance. Here's your opportunity to join the winning team and achieve greater heights in your profession.
Key Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Assessing motor claims and determining coverage eligibility
- Investigating claim details, including accidents and damages
- Liaising with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information
- Processing claims efficiently and accurately within established guidelines
- Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes effectively
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of claim activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
Profile:
- Partly qualification in Insurance added more advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motor claims handling
- Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software
Location: Colombo (Head Office)
