This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to expand the marketing avenues and launch our social and digital strategy. It will be an opportunity to play a vital role in an exciting, industry-leading fashion business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Working closely with SEO agency to boost site visibility and traffic
- Liaising with dev team to identify and troubleshoot website issues
- Researching competitors and suggesting new marketing techniques
- Supporting marketing team with a USA-focused calendar, planning relevant newsletters, promotions, etc.
- Blog creation and publishing based on the USA marketing calendar
- Take full ownership of the UK and USA Awin accounts
- Building relationships with existing publishers to improve performance based on increased CPAs, exclusive codes, marketing outreach
- Liaising with AM's to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Account owner for 3rd party marketplaces and channel connectors
- Preparation and planning of marketplace discounts in line with the Goddiva sales planner
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against objectives
- Develop content and manage updates for the website and disseminate as appropriate
- Use analytics software to monitor the performance and make recommendations for improvement
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing or Promotion Campaign or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated digital marketing experience, preferably in the fashion sector. Experience with affiliate marketing a plus
- Experience with the Shopify platform a plus
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Strong public relations and communication skills to represent the company's reputation and USP
- Conversing fluently in English is a must in one-on-one meetings and forum conferences
Ability to work in a UK time-based environment 1 PM to 10 PM (SL time)
