Senior Coordinator - Sales & Marketing (Location - Panadura)

We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and relationship management.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities. Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales and marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination and marketing within the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with corrugated and polythene products is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing materials and engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market research and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • A track record of contributing to the growth and success of previous employers.
