DSI Group is searching for a meticulous and detail-oriented Customer Coordinator (Document Handling) to join our growing Insurance team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth operation between our internal and external customers in terms of handling their documentation with regards to Insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with the customers to collect and submit the insurance documents on time.
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and filed according to established procedures.
  • Coordinate with insurance organizations and follow up claims regularly and consistently.
  • Prepare reports and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses two to three years of experience in Insurance documentation handling. (Medical claims will be an added advantage)
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
